Returns & Exchange Policy

At Kline by Osmic, we provide Free Shipping on all orders across Pakistan. However, in the event of an authorized return, the following financial terms apply:

  • Shipping Recovery Fee: Since the initial shipping was provided free of charge, if a product is successfully returned, the actual cost of the original shipping and the return shipping will be deducted from your total refund amount.

  • Refund Processing Time: Refunds are only initiated after we receive the payment clearance from our courier partner (e.g., Leopard, TCS, or Trax). This process typically takes 7 to 30 business days.

  • BOGO Requirement: The 180ml free bottle must be returned unopened along with the 480ml bottle. If the free bottle is missing or opened, its retail value will also be deducted from the refund.

  • Condition of Product: Returns are only accepted for unopened, sealed, and undamaged bottles. Used or opened products are non-refundable.
